Jessica Looman
Ms. Looman is the former Administrator of the Wage and Hour Division of the US Department of Labor entrusted to promote and achieve compliance with federal labor standards to protect and enhance the welfare of the nation's workforce. She was nominated by President Biden in 2022 and confirmed by the US Senate in 2023. She has also served as the Wage and Hour Division Deputy Administrator, Commissioner of the Minnesota Department of Commerce, Deputy Commissioner of the Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry, and the Executive Director of the Minnesota State Building and Construction Trades Council.
